Cooperation with Wormser Reklame-Auktion

The team at the Bremen Classic Motorshow has succeeded in forming a cooperation with the auctioneer Wormser Reklame-Auktion. The European market leader for historic advertising artwork will initially join the Bremen Classic Motorshow 2024 as an exhibitor. Then, in 2025, it will present a new highlight for visitors in the form of the special auction "OIL & RUST – Antique Automobilia & Petroliana Advertising".

"The Classic Motorshow 2024 at the start of the season is the perfect forum for us to present our joint project," says Marc Trapp, an expert in the field and the Managing Director of the auction house. "During the event in Bremen we will of course accept items for next year's special auction," says the auctioneer. Many people in Bremen will remember him from the smash-hit auction of memorabilia donated by Horst-Dieter Höttges for the benefit of children's charity "Ein Herz für Kinder". Höttges, now sadly passed away, was honourary captain of Werder Bremen football club and a member of the 1974 World Cup-winning team.

Claudia Nötzelmann, Area Manager at Messe Bremen, explains that the auction team will also value objects brought in by visitors. She sees the cooperation as "a valuable addition to the Bremen Classic Motorshow".
